Each exhibitor receives a total promotion package as part of TECNOLOGIA ITALIANA.
Become a TECNOLOGIA ITALIANA Exhibitor. Cost is $6,000 for an exhibit panel and table space for literature or small parts. Includes the right to purchase one discounted registration to MBS ($700), a news release in the Press Kit and targeted interviews. In addition, you can customize your MBS 2011 experience in a number of ways.
Register for Management Briefing Seminars and attend sessions, etc. Cost is $1,700 for all four days (until June 30, then there is an increase). Spouse programs are available at additional cost. Contact CAR directly for details on registration. Create your own exhibit at MBS 2011.
Your own exhibit can cost upwards of $10,000 for floor space, graphics and incidentals. Expenses associated with supporting an individual exhibit, like staffing costs, can increase your costs dramatically. Consult with MBS 2011 staff to determine your options.

This averages about $1,200 per person and can change as we get closer to the event. Budget fares are available. Consult your travel service. Secure lodging for a week in Traverse City.Plan on approximately $1,500 for a family of 4 (meals are extra). Lodging varies from owner-operated motels to luxury time-share condominiums. There are rental agents that can help you. Contact the Traverse City Convention and Visitors Bureau. Car rental for a week in the Grand Traverse region.This can amount to $350 or more, depending on the number and distance of side trips. Contact any of the major car rental companies. Plan a week's expenses for a family of four.A week's expenses can easily top $1,200. This will cover cooking in, and possibly a few modest meals, as well as admission to a few attractions. Plan on spending more when accompanied by older children.
